The Right Method for the Garment
The right method depends on the garment, artwork, quantity and how it will be used. You do not need to know which. Tell us what you are branding and we will recommend it.
DTF Printing
Detail and full colour
The design is printed on film with a white underbase and heat-pressed into the fabric. Any number of colours at the same price, photographs and gradients, light or dark garments, one-offs and mixed sizes.
Embroidery
A clean, professional finish
A textured stitched logo that lasts as long as the garment. Best on polos, corporate shirts, caps, jackets and workwear, for logos and simple brand marks.
Screen Printing
Made for volume
The strongest choice for large runs of designs with a few spot colours: events, merchandise and big corporate orders.
Heat Transfer Vinyl
Names and numbers
Cut vinyl for lettering, names, numbers and simple graphics: jerseys, staff names and personalised pieces.

Send vector files or a PNG at 300 dpi at print size. A 280 mm wide print needs an image about 3,300 pixels wide. Images saved from WhatsApp are too compressed to print sharply. Embroidery needs a logo simplified for stitching; we digitise it for you.

We support apparel businesses from concept through production: branded T-shirts and hoodies, plus the printed touchpoints around them — hang tags, product stickers, packaging and shopping bags, thank-you cards and UV DTF branding for packaging. One production partner instead of five suppliers.
Ordering Mixed Sizes, Names and Numbers
- Send sizes and names in a spreadsheet: one row per garment, with size, colour, name and number.
- Spell names exactly as they should print, including capitals.
- Order one or two spares in the most common size; late joiners are normal for staff and event orders.
Aftercare
Wash Care and Durability
Printed garments last as long as the garment when they are looked after: wait 24 hours before the first wash, turn the garment inside out, wash at 30–40°C, avoid bleach and fabric softener on the print, line dry in the shade and never iron directly on the print. Embroidery can be washed normally.
Apparel works best as part of a set: pair uniforms with branded bottles and gifts, event branding and office branding so the colours match across everything.
Garments
Choosing the Blank Garment
The print lasts as long as the garment, so the blank matters. Fabric weight is measured in grams per square metre: 150–160 gsm feels light and suits events and giveaways; 180–200 gsm feels substantial and holds its shape through many washes, which suits staff uniforms and retail. 100% cotton is soft and breathable; polyester dries fast and suits sport; poly-cotton blends shrink less than pure cotton.
For polos and corporate shirts, pique cotton takes embroidery beautifully; for reflective workwear, the branding method must not cover the reflective strips. We state the fabric, weight and brand of every blank in the quotation, and can bring samples to your office for a size run before a large uniform order.
