From a logo to a living brand

Everything Should Look Like One Business

Your customers do not experience your business in pieces. They see your sign, walk into your office, meet your team, receive your card, see your vehicles and take home your packaging.

A logo is only the beginning. The blue on your business card should not become a different blue on your signage. Your uniforms should not feel disconnected from your office. We translate your identity across physical spaces, print, merchandise, apparel, packaging and displays so everything feels intentional and unmistakably yours.

Instead of coordinating a printer, sign maker, uniform supplier, merchandise company and installer separately, you brief one team. Artwork changes reach everyone, colours match and deadlines align.

In practice a corporate branding project draws on every part of the studio: signage, reception and vehicle branding, uniforms and corporate wear, business cards, letterheads and company profiles, branded merchandise and gifts, packaging and labels and event and exhibition displays. Because it is all produced in-house, the same colour references and artwork files feed every item.

Already have a brand manual? We work inside your guidelines (colours, logo usage, typography, layout principles and signage specifications) and translate the document into real-world applications. No complete brand system yet? Our design team develops the foundation first: logo refinement, colour system, typography, graphic elements and short guidelines, so everything produced afterwards is consistent from day one.

Branding by business type

Built Around How Your Business Works

Office Branding

Make your workspace feel like your brand

Reception logo signs, feature walls, frosted glass, window and wall graphics, directional and door signs, mission and values displays, timeline walls and meeting-room branding.

Restaurant & Café Branding

An experience before the first bite

Exterior signage, menu boards and printed menus, wall and window graphics, uniforms and aprons, takeaway packaging, food labels, stickers and paper bags.

Hotel & Hospitality

Details guests remember

Exterior and reception signage, room numbers, wayfinding and safety signs, uniforms, menus, conference materials, branded amenities and vehicles.

Schools & Education

One identity across the institution

Signage, classroom and safety signs, wall graphics, banners, certificates, prospectuses, magazines, staff apparel, sports jerseys and graduation materials.

Retail Stores

A space customers recognise

Shopfronts, window graphics, wall branding, product and price displays, shopping bags, product labels, staff uniforms and counter branding.

Healthcare

Clear, professional, easy to navigate

Reception branding, department and directional signs, door and safety signs, frosted glass, staff identification and information displays.

Real Estate & Property

Visible before it is finished

Site hoarding, development and property boards, sales-office branding, brochures, floor plans, presentation folders, flags and vehicles.

Construction & Industrial

Clear, practical, consistent

Site boards, safety signage, hoarding, reflective signs, vehicle and machinery identification, workwear, reflective jackets and hard-hat labels.

Fleet Branding

Your vehicles are already moving

A standard layout system so cars, vans, pickups, trucks and motorcycles all read as one brand, from door logos to full wraps.

Multi-Branch Rollouts

One identity, many locations

Repeatable specifications for signage, interiors, uniforms, point-of-sale and stationery, so branch ten looks like branch one.

NGOs & Organisations

Programmes and campaigns

Reports, training materials, banners, event displays, field-team apparel, vehicle graphics and merchandise within your brand guidelines.

Startup Branding Package

Start consistently

Logo application, business essentials, shop or office signage, staff apparel and launch marketing, adjusted to your business, not a one-size bundle.

Graphic design

Design by a Team That Also Prints

A design that looks right on screen can fail in print: neon screen colours that ink cannot reach, hairlines that vanish on fabric, soft shadows that turn to smudges. We design in CMYK from the start and deliver editable source files plus print- and web-ready versions.

Logos & Brand Identities

Logo in full colour, one colour and reversed; colour palette with CMYK, RGB, hex and Pantone references; typography and a short guideline document.

Brand Implementation

Already have a brand manual? We reproduce it faithfully across signage, print, apparel, packaging and vehicles.

Company Profiles & Packaging

Multi-page layouts, labels, boxes and event graphics designed as one system, built for the production method from the first sketch.

Briefing

What a Good Design Brief Contains

  1. What is it, and where will it be used? A logo for bottles, shirts and a shop sign has different constraints from one that lives only on Instagram.
  2. Who is it for? Describe the people you want to reach rather than the look you imagine.
  3. What must it include? Final wording, contact details, mandatory logos and regulatory text.
  4. What do you like and dislike? Two or three examples you admire, and one you do not.
  5. What already exists? Logo files, colours, fonts and past printed material.
  6. When, and how many? The deadline, quantity and material, so we design for the process.

Prefer to talk it through? A 20-minute call covers it, and we confirm the brief in writing with the quotation. Related reading: artwork file requirements for printing.

FAQ

Questions Buyers Ask

How do I request a quote?

Use the Request a Quote form and include the product, quantity, size and the date you need it. You can upload artwork or reference images, or send the same details on WhatsApp. We reply with a quotation tailored to your specifications.

What information do you need to give me a price?

Usually the product, size, quantity, material or finish, artwork and deadline. If you are unsure about any of these, tell us what you are trying to achieve and we will help work out the specification.

Why are prices not listed on the website?

Almost every job is custom: size, quantity, material, finishing and artwork all change the price. Rather than publish figures that rarely match a real order, we quote each project individually, quickly, on WhatsApp or by email.

Can I order a small quantity?

Yes, for many products. DTF-printed garments can start from a single piece, and UV DTF stickers start from half a metre of film (58 × 50 cm), which can carry many designs. Neither needs screens or plates. Minimums for other products depend on the production method and are stated on your quotation.

Do you work with individuals or only companies?

Both. We work with individuals, startups, SMEs, schools, churches, NGOs, established businesses and corporate clients across Kenya.

Can Betapixel handle several products in one project?

Yes. A single project can combine signage, uniforms, business cards, packaging, merchandise and office graphics, managed together so the colours and branding match across everything.

Is everything produced in-house?

Yes. Design, printing, UV DTF, apparel branding, signage and finishing are all produced by the Betapixel team in Nairobi, which is how we keep colour, quality and deadlines under our own control.

Can you handle our entire branding project?

Yes. Signage, office graphics, uniforms, stationery, vehicle branding, merchandise and packaging can be coordinated as one project with one point of contact, so everything matches.

Can you work with our existing brand guidelines?

Yes. We implement an established identity across physical applications, matching colours, logo usage and typography. If you have no guidelines, our design team can create them first.

Do you offer graphic design on its own?

Yes. Logos, brand identities, packaging, company profiles and print-ready artwork are designed in-house by a team that also prints, so every file is built for production.
