The right method depends on the surface, the number of colours in your logo and how the item will be used. We recommend one in the quotation and tell you why.
- UV DTF
- Full colour including white on steel, glass, acrylic, plastic and powder coat. No minimum, no setup, names per piece. Hand wash. See UV DTF stickers.
- Laser engraving
- One colour: the metal under the coating. Permanent and executive-looking on powder-coated bottles and metal pens.
- Sublimation
- Full colour on white coated mugs and panels; extremely durable and dishwasher-tolerant.

Branding is fast; blank stock decides the calendar. Standard bottles, mugs and notebooks are usually available in Nairobi within days, while specific colours, premium brands or large quantities take longer, and the quotation says so up front. For December gifting, order by the end of October, when year-end demand across Nairobi is highest.
Every order starts with one sample to approve. Every piece is then inspected for alignment, bubbles and lifted edges before packing, individually wrapped or boxed if ordered, and delivered in Nairobi or couriered across Kenya. A branded item only works if people use it. A bottle that leaks in a laptop bag carries your logo straight into the bin.
- Stainless steel vacuum bottles (500 ml or 750 ml) keep drinks hot or cold for hours and are the most popular corporate choice; powder-coated black, white or navy looks premium.
- Aluminium sports bottles are lighter and cheaper, good for runs, schools and events, but not insulated.
- Glass bottles with sleeves suit wellness and eco-minded brands; heavier to ship.
- Digital bottles with a temperature display in the lid are a step up for executive gifts.

On a 500 ml bottle the comfortable print area is about 60 mm wide by 90 mm tall; vertical logos fit naturally. For personalised names, keep to one font and size, and send the list as a spreadsheet spelled exactly as it should print.
