Can you reprint a roll-up for a stand I already have?

Yes. Bring or describe the stand (most are 85 × 200 cm, with 100 and 120 cm wide-base versions) and we print a new graphic to fit it, which costs noticeably less than a complete new roll-up.

Should I choose PVC, mesh or fabric?

PVC suits most outdoor banners in sheltered spots. Mesh lets wind through, so use it on fences, building fronts and high positions. Fabric is matt and foldable, which makes it the best choice for media banners, stage backdrops and anything photographed under flash.

Do media banners come with a frame?

Yes. Media banners are printed on fabric and fitted to a portable frame that folds into a carry bag. If you already own a compatible frame, we can print the fabric only.

What sizes do media banners come in?

Media banners, also called backdrop banners, come in three standard sizes (width by height): 2.25 m × 2.25 m, 3 m × 2.25 m and 6 m × 2.25 m. Each is printed on fabric and fitted to a portable frame. Custom sizes are quoted on request.

How long will my order take?

It depends on the product, quantity and finishing. UV DTF stickers are typically ready in 24–48 hours and many print jobs in a few working days. We confirm an estimated timeline with every quotation.

Do you offer same-day or urgent printing?

Sometimes, depending on the job and our production schedule. Urgent work may carry an extra charge and must be confirmed by us before it is accepted on that deadline.

When does production time start?

Once the artwork is approved and the required payment has been received, as stated on your quotation.

A media banner, also called a backdrop banner, is the step-and-repeat logo wall guests photograph themselves in front of. It comes printed on fabric and fitted to a portable frame, in three standard sizes (width × height):

Artwork for Large Format

Size: set the document at full size (a roll-up is 850 × 2000 mm) or at an exact 1:10 scale, and tell us which.
Resolution: 150 dpi at full size for roll-ups and posters; 72–100 dpi is enough for banners viewed from several metres.
Bleed: 20 mm on every side for banners, plus 100 mm at the bottom of a roll-up, which disappears into the base.
Readability: keep logos out of the bottom 200 mm of a roll-up and body text at 60 pt or more.

Care

Setting up, Storing and Reusing Banners

A roll-up stand is built to be reused; the print is what wears out. Pull the print up slowly and hook it; guide it back down by hand rather than letting it snap into the base; store it flat and away from heat. When the message changes, we print a new graphic for your existing stand for noticeably less than a new roll-up.

For outdoor banners, tie every eyelet and leave slight slack so wind can move the banner without tearing it. Fold fabric media banners loosely into their bag and air them before storing. For a complete event, pair banners with event branding, printed flyers and brochures and branded staff apparel.
